Unmana Rynjah rediscovered the beauty of her native land Assam (in India's northeast region) while exploring the rich handicrafts of the area. Arras emerged as a platform for her personally - being a tribal woman entrepreneur - as well as creating greener livelihoods for the skilled but underserved local communities. Arras products include clothes and home textiles using natural fabrics like organic cotton and ethically made, cruelty-free Ahimsa Peace Silk - all sourced from eco-certified suppliers or directly from handloom weavers - complete with natural dyes and traditional motifs.
